Our story begins with our founding partner Carlos Rogério Leal more than a decade ago. Today, we have become one of the leading firms for innovative legal solutions in the State of Santa Catarina.

Carlos Rogério Leal

Founding partner

Founder of the firm, Carlos Rogerio has extensive expertise in the areas of Business Law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL), a specialist degree in Business Law from the Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (UNESC) and a specialization as a Board Member from PUC/PR. Also served as an Ode áreasAB/SC Counselor at the Criciuma subsection.

Artur Leal

Founding partner

Lawyer with substantial and solid practice in Business Law and firmly defends our clients' position in highly complex litigation cases upon the courts. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (UNESC) and a LL.M. in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

He is also Vice President of the Business Law and Accounts Receivable Factoring Commision of OAB/SC Criciuma Subsection and an alternate member of the Municipal Economic Development Board of Criciuma.

Gustavo Leal

Founding partner

Lawyer with intense experience in numerous fields of Business Law. Recognized by his creative procedural strategies, holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL), specialization in Business Law from Universidade do Extrremo Sul Catarinense (UNESC), Tax Law and Tax Planning from Universidade Candido Mendes (Rio de Janeiro) and a LL.M. in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Emilly Silvestre

Lawyer

Practicing lawyer in civil and consumer cases, Emilly leaves her mark due to her firm position when defending the interests of the clients of the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (UNESC) since 2021, with a postgraduate degree in Family and Succession Law, with expertise in Civil Law and Consumer Law.

Luiza Colombo

Lawyer

Luiza holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from ESUCRI. She is also an OSH technician, registered upon the Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment for almost a decade. At our office, she brings her expertise and dynamism to the labor and compliance areas. With a dual background, Luiza has the ability to anticipate challenges and create strategic solutions in the labor area, transforming complex problems into opportunities for growth.

Alexandre Minatto Guedin

Lawyer

Alexandre is a young lawyer at our firm, specializing in debt recovery, including debt collection and enforcement actions, as well as strategic tax advisory. With a technical and committed profile, he combines energy and dedication in the pursuit of effective solutions for clients, especially in cases involving complex litigation and financial restructuring.
